Purchasing
- Kindly ensure you have selected the correct product(s) in correct colors, size and quantity before checking out. JCPMalaysia will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong colors are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.
- Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated, including your mobile number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information will result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will be applied if parcel is returned.
- Please note that adding product(s) into your cart does not signify you have successfully purchased the product(s). Product(s) is only secured upon submission of payment.
- JCPMalaysia reserves the right to reject the orders for reasons such as:

Shipping
- Orders will be shipped out within 3-5 working days upon payment verification.
- Mailing days include weekdays only, excluding weekend and public holidays.
- Your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post in proof of postage is supplied.
